QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO EARN BONUS

• EARN100 PV CUMULATIVE LEVEL - >Sell 100 PV personal cumulative  (compulsory)
• P.P.V. is compulsory but must not exceed levels listed in chart below.

• MININUM MONTHLY PV i.e. “PPV” must be earned in months subsequent to registration (with or without points in month of registration).

• LM1 – LM3  minimum monthly PPV level is 20 PV
• At LM4 minimum monthly PPV level is 30 PV
• At LM5 minimum monthly PPV is 40 PV
• AMPLE Marshal minimum monthly PPV level is 50 PV

• Place further purchases with ORDER PLACEMENT FORMS (Manual System) or ONLINE
  Any Direct Purchase by Marshal after initial 100PV qualification purchase will earn 8% bonus. Direct upline will also earn 8% bonus on that purchase.

LEAD MARSHAL 1

• Lead Marshal 1 shall qualify through building a 1 Link Distributor Network (1-LDN) or 2 + Link Distributor Network (2+LDN). 

• Lead Marshal 1earns 20% with 1-LDN direct and 25% with 2+LDN where MPPV is not less than 20PV.  Monthly 20% payable to direct up line only for LM1 through LM3

                Qualification:  Lead Marshal 4, distributor must raise G.B.V. + PV of 60,000 for 2 + LDN and 70,000 PV for 1                 - LDN at marshal’s pace.  

• PPV level is 30
• PPV Non – Compliance disqualifies Marshal for Merit Bonus award within that month. 
• Direct Bonus to up line is not paid at this level (P.P.V).

LM4 Compensation Award*

• 1st LOGISTICS CAR AWARD – $17,000 US Dollar brand new car (company exchange rate)

Qualification:  LM4 must earn 30,000 GPV from each leg of 2 + LDN or a split earning of 50,000 GPV from one leg and 20,000 GPV from the other leg. 

• $40 Monthly Weekly Logistics Fund of $40 (at company exchange rate)

Qualification:  LM4 must have one (1) LDN at LM3 level plus second leg with a minimum cumulative total of 5000 GPV.

LEAD MARSHAL 5

Qualification:  As Lead Marshal 5, distributor must raise G.B.V. + PV of 120,000 for 2 + LDN and 130,000 PV for 1 - LDN at marshal’s pace

• PPV level is 40 
• PPV Non – Compliance disqualifies Marshal for Merit Bonus award within that month. 
• Direct Bonus to up line is not paid at this level (P.P.V).

LM5 Compensation Award

• A 26” PLASMA TV and 2 DIGITAL BLOOD MONITOR I (BPM)

Qualification: LM5 Marshals must have 3 direct LDN with 40,000 PV cumulative in each leg to qualify

• DELUXE CAR AWARD – The Company will award a new DELUXE CAR valued at $35,000 (this is valued at company exchange rate).  Qualifications:

• LM5 must earn 60,000 GPV from each leg of 2 + LDN or a split earning of 90,000 GPV from one leg and 40,000 GPV from the other leg. 

• In addition to 1., a direct third leg (other than legs used for 1st LOGISTICS CAR AWARD) must be either initiated or increased by 20,000 GPV from point of 1st LOGISTICS CAR qualification.

AMPLE MARSHAL

Qualification:  As AMPLE Marshal, distributor must raise G.B.V. + PV of 250,000 for 2 + LDN and 300,000 PV for 1 - LDN at marshal’s pace

• PPV  level is 50
• PPV Non – Compliance disqualifies Marshal for Merit Bonus award within that month. 
• Direct Bonus to up line is not paid at this level (P.P.V).

Ample marshal Compensation Award

To qualify for this additional compensation award, AMPLE Marshal must earn 125,000 GPV from each leg of 2 + LDN or a split earning of 200,000 GPV from one leg and 50,000 GPV from the other leg. Marshals will be entitled to:

• NON STOP ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION

• Global Profit Sharing of 0.1% annually

(To qualify, Ample Marshal must earn cumulative GBV + PV total of 8,000,000)

• $1000 Monthly Housing Fund at Company Exchange Rate

(To qualify, Ample Marshal must have one (1) AMPLE Marshal within one (1) LDN and support leg must have up to 20,000 GPV)

2.            HAWAII VACATION TRIP

Note. A distributor at AMPLE MARSHAL level continues to enjoy all these benefits for as long as the company exists and will be honored with an all expense paid invitation to attend the annual board meeting of the company. All further compensation or additional compensation at every level end at that level.  Active leader’s bonus is based on the most active LDN only and is calculated monthly.

MERIT BONUS

MERIT BONUS PLAN.  Marshals from all levels have equal opportunity to participate in this plan.  This plan will pay 5% of each cumulative level of 5000 PV earned within any given month up to a maximum monthly cumulative GPV of 120,000.

MERIT BONUS CONDITIONS

1. Marshals must have a minimum of two (2) active LDN’s.   The performance of the two legs will determine the payments of this Merit Bonus Plan.

1. MERIT BONUS LEG

Primary LDN must generate main GPV levels against which Merit Bonus is paid.  A minimum of 5000 GPV and up to maximum of (120,000 GPV ) sold within each month. 

For each cumulative level (or “step”) of 5000 PV raised in one month, the distributor will earn a 5% bonus payment against that amount.  Fractional increments between levels are not paid, i.e. 5001 - 9999 PV does not earn additional 5% until 10,000 PV level is attained.

The Merit Bonus of 5% will be paid monthly against amount sold by MERIT LEG each month IF SUPPORT LEG requirements are met. (see point 3 next)

1. SUPPORT LEG

Marshal must also raise second LDN must generate following STEP LEVELS in order to qualify for payments earned in MERIT BONUS LEG.

This Special Compensation Merit Bonus Program is part of the overall business plan and does not have a limited time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Legal terms the Cleanshield INT MLM Business

Below are the rights, rules, and regulations designed to guide and promote a cordial relationship between the Distributors and the Company.  Every Distributor is expected to read and understand these terms, rules, and regulations.  These are subject to change from time to time and will be communicated to the Distributor via email, circulars, or memorandum.  Any Distributor who fails to abide by the rules and regulation will not claim ignorance to the rules and regulations in use.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Cleanshield INT Business Plan comprises all the bonus and reward programs including sponsorship procedures.
2. Marshal – this term refers to a permitted by CS INT distributor to operate as a distributor and who may also sponsor others to apply for Cleanshield INT for distributorship.
3. All adult law abiding citizens regardless of sex and race may apply for Cleanshield INT distributorship and receive its privileges. 
4. Anyone who wishes to become a Cleanshield INT distributor must fill the Registration Form, read the Business Manual and Brochure, and keep issued membership card in possession.
5. Any Distributor who wished to resign shall communicate this desire in writing 6 months in advance and receive approval from Cleanshield INT.
6. A cancelled or resigned Distributor may reapply and may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Company.
7. The Distributor will not be forced by the Company to buy products or to be an active member.
8. In the event of the death of a distributor the next of kin will inherit the membership card and its accruals.  If the next of kin dies, then Cleanshield INT will decide who inherits the proceeds.
9. A Cleanshield INT Distributor shall be a law abiding citizen and not engage in any unlawful activity of the government and shall avoid any activities inimical to the interest of the Cleanshield INT.
10. In fulfilling the responsibilities of marketing and sales of the Product, the Distributor may display the Product in its accredited shop(s).  Where accredited shop/centre owner will be paid upon consideration of exchange rate.
11. Distributors shall not use misleading methods or statements to promote and sell the Product or to recruit members.  Distributors are not permitted to any way fake the product.  They are not allowed to sell products from other competing networks or induce Cleanshield INT distributors to join other competing network marketing companies.
12. Distributors must sell Product at price authorized by Cleanshield INT.
13. Distributors must not fake products or services of the Company.
14. No Cleanshield INT distributor is allowed to promote, sell, or market the Product and Services of other Network Company to other Cleanshield INT distributors.  If this occurs, Cleanshield INT has the right to disqualify his membership.
15. Cleanshield INT gatherings are for promotion of health and business and cannot be used for political purposes.  The organizers cannot use these gatherings for personal interest or gain or any other cause other then the Company.
16. Any Cleanshield INT Distributor who seeks to use the Cleanshield INT trademark, logo for advertising must inform Cleanshield INT and register the use of such trademark and logo after approval for such use by Cleanshield INT. 
17. Distributors are not employees of Cleanshield INT and must not by any means represent themselves in such a manner.
18. Any inimical, misleading, misrepresentative, or other damaging conduct by Cleanshield INT Distributor  against Cleanshield INT or its Product shall result in payment of damages for all losses that may arise from such behavior inclusive of all legal costs for legal proceedings  that may become necessary to establish justice for Cleanshield INT.
